An Integrative Study Model and Theoretical Hypothesis on the Relationship between ExploratoryInnovation,Exploitative Innovation and Performance of Enterprises

摘要探索性创新和开发性创新是两种性质不同的创新方式。笔者把环境不确定性、冗余资源、组织结构特性等权变影响因素纳入分析框架,构建了一个多要素互动的整合研究模型,从多个角度挖掘两种创新方式在不同匹配条件下的企业绩效影响水平,并提出相关研究假设,为未来实证研究提供基础框架。 Exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation are two forms of innovation with different characteristics. The author brings the uncertainty of environment, redundant resources, the characteristics of organizational structure and other contingent influencing factors into an analysis framework, constructs a multi - factor interactive integrative research model, explores from various perspectives the influence of the two forms of innovation on enterprise performance in different matching conditions, advances relevant hypotheses and provides a basic framework for future empirical studies.
