摘要
京津城际列车拉近了北京、天津两个大型城市的距离,缩短了时间,放大了各种生产要素、资源组合配置的空间,有利于两大城市联手成为国际上功能齐全、影响重大的超大型城市;有利于两地产业层次的提高,引领区域经济的发展。高铁从促进沿线第三产业的发展、增加劳动就业机会、减小地区间的经济发展差异方面为区域经济做出重要的贡献,高铁速度正转化为区域融合速度。国外的日本新干线、法国高速铁路等也是带动区域发展的成功案例。
Beijing-Tianjin intercity train reduces the distance and time between the two mega cities, Beijing and Tianjin, and enlarges the space of allocation of various production factors and resources combination, which is beneficial for the two cities to jointly become a super-mega city with big influence internationally and for the enhancement of industry level and development of regional economy. High-speed rail has done a great job in promoting the service sector development along the line, increasing employment and reducing regional economic gap. High-speed has transformed into regional integration speed. Shikansen in Japan and high speed rail in France are successful examples of stimulating regional eco- nomic development.
