摘要
目的对应用双频率阻抗测试和自适应处理技术相结合的方法消除呼吸阻抗测量中的运动干扰问题进行一些探索性的研究。方法采用自行研制的双通道呼吸阻抗测量硬件系统和以自适应抵消处理为主的软件系统进行了人体实验研究。结果运动干扰信号基本消除。低频与高频呼吸阻抗信号的比值K随着运动强度的增加而增大。结论应用该方法消除呼吸阻抗测量中的运动干扰具有一定的可行性,但是在实际应用中,为了得到更好的结果,应注意考虑K值的准确取值。
Objective To study the application of dual
frequency impedance pneumography and adaptive filter for reducing motion artifacts in
respiration monitoring.Methods Human experiments were done by using a dual-channel
plethysmograph and the software including two adaptive processor.Results It was found that
the motion artifacts were essentially reduced and the amplitude ratio(K) of low to high
frequency signals of respiration increased with the intensity of movement.Conclusion The dual
frequency pneumography and adaptive filter is practicable in respiration monitoring for reducing
motion artifacts.But K should be rectified according to conditions so as to obtain better results
of artifact reduction.
