摘要
在市场调研的基础上,根据塑料软包装基材膜的不同应用,分析了自立袋、拉链袋、盒中袋3种结构的薄膜材料,阐述了材料的性能特点,绘制了典型包装结构图。重点介绍了与传统红酒包装结构形式变异较大的BIB(盒中袋)包装,分析了其内袋材料结构及BIB的应用,论述了盒中袋的密封开关形式,设计了其提手式外包装纸箱的结构。
On the basis of market research,according to the different application of substrate material membrane of plastic flexible package,the thin-film materials for structures of standing pouch,zipper bag and bag-in-box were analyzed,their performance features are expounded and diagram of typical packaging structures was drawn.The BIB（bag-in-box） package was emphatically analyzed,its structure of inner bag and application of BIB are analyzed,the pattern of sealing device of BIB was expounded,and the structure of handle outer package carton was designed.
