摘要
以丙三醇和乙二醇为复配增塑剂,对PVA进行改性,实现PVA的熔融加工,再采用熔融共混技术制备PS/改性PVA共混片材,改善了PS片材的力学性能,并使PS片材具有吸湿功能。实验结果表明:PS和PVA质量比为6:4时,共混片材力学性能达到最佳,吸湿效果良好,并具有保湿能力。
PVA was modified by propanetriol and ethanediol as compound plasticizer,so as to realize melt processing of PVA,then PS/modified PVA blending sheet was prepared by melt blending technology,the mechanical properties of PS sheet were improved,and PS sheet had function of moisture adsorption.The test result shows when the mass ration between PS and PVA is 6：4,the mechanical properties of blending sheet are optimal,the effect of moisture absorption is excellent,and it has capability of moisture retention.
