摘要
设计了基于超声波的空双张在线检测系统。通过利用超声波检测纸张厚度的方法,克服了传统检测系统不能定量检测的缺点,且在检测不同厚度纸张时,无需复杂的机械调节,只需在程序中改变参数;实现了印刷控制中高精度检测的标准化、数字化,在减轻工人劳动强度的同时,提高了现代胶印机的工作性能及可靠性。
A kind of on-line detection system for no-sheet or double sheet based on ultrasonic wave was designed.The thickness of paper was detected by means of ultrasonic wave,the shortcoming of traditional detection system in quantitative detection was overcome,When paper of different thickness was detected,no complicated mechanical adjustment was needed,and only parameters needed to be changed in program;it realizes standardization and digitization of high precision detection in printing control,it greatly alleviates the labor intensity of workers,and it also improves the working performance and reliability of modern offset pressure.
