印刷速度对油墨渗透的控制及实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用印刷过程中油墨在纸张中的渗透深度与印压和印刷速度关系方程,给出了不同油墨渗透深度和印刷压力下的印刷速度确定方法。通过实验测量了不同印压和印刷速度下油墨在纸张中的渗透深度,用已有测量结果给出了任意压力和任意渗透深度下印刷速度的估算方法。算例显示估算值与实验测量值结果基本吻合,方法可行。 Determination method on different ink penetration depth and printing pressure was given through the equation of ink penetration depth with indentation and printing velocity on paper.Ink penetration depth of different indentation and printing velocity on paper were measured by testing,and estimation methods of printing velocity on any pressure and penetration depth were given by the measured results.Example of estimation shows that estimative results are approximately agree with the measured values,this method is feasible.
