统计过程控制在包装印刷质量管理中的应用研究

Research on SPC(Statistical Process Control) Applied in Packaging and Printing Quality Management

介绍了质量管理的发展和我国包装印刷企业质量管理现状,以及包装印刷企业实施统计过程控制(SPC)的必要性,分析了统计过程及其控制的核心工具——控制图。在此基础上,利用均值-极差控制图对包装印刷工序中最基本的质量特性值——印刷套印精度进行了分析与监控。可以使现场人员及时发现相应的过程波动及缓慢变异,从而发现自身过程质量控制的不足之处;为品质管理人员评定半成品、成品质量提供了客观依据。

This paper described the development and status of quality management in China packaging and printing enterprises,and explained the necessity of applying SPC（Statistical Process Control） in these enterprises,it analyzed the statistical process and its core tools-control chart.On this basis,X——R control chart is used to analyze and monitor the basic quality characteristic values-overprinting precision in packaging and printing process.This will enable the on-site staff to find the relative process fluctuation and slow variation in time,thus they will find their deficiencies on quality control;that will provide objective basis for QC to evaluate the quality of semi-products and finished products.
