摘要
体育产业的迅猛发展促使俱乐部的经营管理日益成为影响俱乐部发展的核心,而对俱乐部经营现状的研究正是提高俱乐部经营水平的根本。本研究以世行提出的影响企业发展的"三大资本"为指标,根据体育健身俱乐部"以人力资源体现其主要经营管理绩效"的特性,从俱乐部价值、人力资源管理和经营环境三个方面对山东半岛城市群和济南共八个城市的体育俱乐部经营现状进行调查和比较研究,发现人际关系协调,人事匹配得当,良好的俱乐部文化和健康的产业竞争环境是影响俱乐部经营的主因子。
With the rapid development of the sports industry, the management of the clubs has increasingly become the core to impact its development, while the research of its management status is fundamental to improve the level of the club business: This paper, taking the "three capital" proposed by World Bank as an indicator, according to the club features of "reflecting its main business performance with human resources management", attempts to do an investigation and a comparative study of the clubs of 8 cities of Shandong. The study contents include club values and human resources management. The results indicate that the main factors affecting the club business are interpersonal co -ordination, properly matched personnel, good club culture and healthy industry competition environment.
