乙型肝炎病毒血清标志物与前S1抗原临床意义分析

The Clinical Significance of Hepatitis B Virus Serum Markers and Pre-S1 Antigen

目的:对比分析乙型肝炎病毒血清标志物及HBV-DNA与乙肝病毒前S1抗原(Pre-S1Ag),探讨乙肝病毒前S1抗原临床意义。方法:用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测乙肝血清标志物及前S1抗原,用荧光定量PCR定量检测HBV-DNA。结果:Pre-S1Ag与HBV-DNA、HBeAg具有良好的相关性(P<0.01),Pre-S1Ag分别与HBV-DNA、HBeAg的检测方法间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:Pre-S1Ag检测对于HBV临床评价病毒复制,预后评估具有重要意义。

Objective：To comparatively analyze the relationship among PreS1,HBeAg and the level of serum HBV-DNA,and to evaluate the clinical significance of PreS1.Methods：hepatitis B blood serum markers and Pre-S1Ag were detected by ELISA.HBV-DNA was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitive PCR Results：Pre-S1Ag have good reletionship with HBV-DNA and HBeAg（P〈0.01）.There was no significance difference between Pre-S1Ag and HBV-DNA,and as well as HBeAg（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Pre-S1 was important for the clinical evaluation of HBV viral replication,and prognosis of hepatitis.
