摘要
师范院校这个概念本身就规范了培养目标的特点,使它既与综合性大学具有鲜明的区别,又与职业教育获得密切联系,具有明显的职业教育特点。然而,由于在相当长的时期里,师范院校追求和仿效综合性大学办学模式,使专业课教学中师范性普遍缺乏,培养目标的从业需求被淡化甚至被取消。因此,通过专业课教学强化师范性成为师范院校共同面对和亟待解决的问题。要有效解决这个问题,一要明确师范教育的特点及人才培养目标,二要借鉴职业教育成果改变办学理念,进行有针对性的教学,提高教学效率,三要学习义务教育课程标准和高中教育课程标准,养成教师适应新课标要求的教育教学观念。
Normal colleges,in general,have their characterized training objectives,distinguished from comprehensive universities: closely related to the professional education.Thus,it is endowed with the characteristics of professional teaching.Whereas,in a long time,normal colleges have been following the example of comprehensive universities,thus the teaching lacking in professional characteristics and the need of obtaining employment for the goal of cultivation fading,or even cancelled.Consequently,strengthening the normality of teaching through profession courses becomes the common problem facing the normal colleges and needs a resolution.To solve this problem efficiently,first of all,there should be a clear recognition of the features of normal education and aim of training successors.Secondly,there is a lesson from the achievement of professional education to change the opinion of running a school,as well as to hold targeted teaching,in order to improving the efficiency.Once again,it is better to study the curriculum standard of compulsory education and senior schools for the purpose of making the teachers form the perception of teaching so that normal colleges and universities are able to provide qualified teachers to meet the development of society.
