摘要
目的:考察盐酸吡硫醇与硫酸镁在0.9%NaCl、5%GS、5%GNS3种注射液中的稳定性。方法:用上述3种输液配制浓度为0.04%的盐酸吡硫醇溶液,常温下放置0、1、2、6h,观察外观、测定溶液pH及药物含量。结果:盐酸吡硫醇和硫酸镁与上述3种输液配伍,并在常温下放置6h其含量、pH、及外观等均无变化。结论:盐酸吡硫醇与硫酸镁在上述输液中可以配伍。
Objective:Studying the stability of Pyritinol Hydrochloride in 0.9%sodium chloride solution,5%glucose solution,5%glucose and sodium chloride solution.Methods:Using the above three kinds of solvents to make concentrations of 0.04% Pyritinol Hydrochloric solution in 6h during staying at a normal temperature,to observe its appearance,to determine its pH and drug content.Results:There was no change in contents,pH and appearance of the concentrations of pyritinol hydrochloride in above solutions in 6h.Conclusion:Pyritinol hydrochloride and magnesium can be compatible in the transfusion above.
