摘要
目的:建立六味地黄丸中微量元素的快速测定方法。方法:微波消解方法处理后的样品,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定3种不同产地六味地黄丸中Mn、Zn、Cd、Co等4种微量元素。结果:在最佳仪器工作条件下,测定的各微量元素的检出限在0.0033~0.0078μg/mL之间,各种微量元素回收率在96.8~104.7%之间。结论:ICP-AES的测定方法符合微量元素分析要求。
Objective. To establish a fast detection method of the content of Trace element in Liuweidihuangwan. Methods: Adopting microwave digestion for sample pretreatment, the content of 4 trace element: Mn.Zn.Cd.Co of Liuweidihuangwan from three pharmaceutical factories was detected by ICP-AES. Results: The result could be found under the best instrument condition that the detection limits of these trace elements are in 0. 0033-0. 0078μg/m L and the recovery rate are in 96.8-104. 7%. Conclusion. The ICP-AES detection method could meet the usual requirement of trace element detection.
