摘要
对涡轮旋转盘腔的流动与换热问题,可以采用阻力评价、换热评价和温度分布评价三种评价指标构成工程评价体系。前者决定了全系统的阻力损失的大小,后两者表征了相对冷却效果和热应力水平的高低。应用该评价体系对某型发动机的实际涡轮盘腔冷却结构进行了评价,以实验方法研究了旋转雷诺数、冷气雷诺数、哥拉晓夫数和三种评价指标间的函数关系,为涡轮盘腔的冷却系统优化设计提供了优化目标。
An engineering evaluation system is proposed to appraise the fluid flow and heat transfer in a turbine cooling configuration of an aero-engine.The system includes resistance evaluation,heat transfer evaluation and temperature distribution evaluation.The former determines the whole system flow friction loss,the later two determine the relative cooling effect and the level of thermostress.The relationships of rotating Reynolds number,cooling air Reynolds number,Grashoff number with the three evaluations have been investigated experimentally.The engineering evaluation system serves as a tool to optimize turbine cooling configuration system.
