摘要
对KL沸石处理后得到了不同的HL沸石,再对其筛选,负载0.4%铂后得到了Pt/HL沸石。经过400℃氢气还原后,将该催化剂与0.4%Pt(质量分数)/SAPO-11分别进行了正十二烷临氢异构化反应并对其产物进行了比较。该反应在温度360℃,压力1MPa,空速1h-1,H2/C12(物质的量比)为9.13的不锈钢反应管中进行。通过实验我们发现Pt/HL沸石有一定的异构化活性;在相同的反应条件下一交一焙的0.4%Pt/HL与0.4%Pt/SAPO-11相比,前者有着更高的转化率,但异构化产物产率和单支链产物选择性较低。
Varopis HL zeolite are obtained after KL zeolite treatment, then screening them, the Pt/HL zedite is obtained after looding 0.4% Pt After deoxidizing with H2 up to 400℃ ,the hydroisomerization of n-dodecane reaction of this catalyst and 0.4% Pt/SAPO- 11 are perfomed respectively, the products are eomparied. The reaction are carried out in a stainless steel reaction tube at 360℃, hydrogen pressure, 1 MPa, WHSV, 1 h^-1, H2/C12 molar ration,9.13. In this test, we found that Pt/HL zeolite has a certain level of isomerization activity;comparing with 4% Pt/SAPO -11 catalyst under the same reaction condition,the 0.4% Pt/HL zeolite which has once ion -exchange and once colconation has higher eonvertion, lower iso -C12 selectivity and mono -C12 selectivity.
