The Application Research of Value Engineering in Scientific Effort of Petroleum Geology

本文从油田地质科研工作的性质、作用、现状，论述了在地质科研中应用研究价值工程的重要性、必要性与可行性；提出了按系统工程原理，对地质科研的组织结构、工作内容、量化计价、资金费用等进行功能、成本费用分析；并配套应用其它现代管理方法，讲求整体效应，以提高地质科研水平。

The article describes the quality function and present status of scientific effort on petroleum geology. Depending on these, it discusses the importance of value engineering and the necessity reality and feasibility of its application research in geological scientific effort. In order to improve the level of geological scientific effort and increase its efficiency. It should emphasize the whole-body effect and according to the principle of system engineering, analyze the function and the cost of its organizational structure, working content, quantified charge, fund and expense by combining with other modern management methods.
