矿井煤泥水煤浆用于陶瓷窑炉燃烧

摘要 陶瓷窑炉燃料消耗占产品总成本相当大的一部分,为节能降耗和减少对大气污染,2002年唐山建华陶瓷厂将燃煤窑炉改为燃烧水煤浆,经试验技改获得成功,取得显著经济效果;为进一步降低燃料成本,决定由矿井煤泥制备水煤浆。通过对窑炉采取预热进气,提前加热水煤浆的措施,提高了煤泥水煤浆的燃烧特性,满足了陶瓷窑炉热工过程要求,大幅度降低了生产成本。 The cost of fuel of ceramic kiln accounts for a considerable parts of the total production cost.For energy conservation and reducing environmental protection,in 2002,Tangshan Jianhua Ceramic Factory switched to the use of CWM as ceramic kiln fuel.The technical renovation has yielded remarked economic result.With an aim to further cut down the fuel cost,the mine slurry is used for the preparation of CWM.Test shows that the combustion characteristics of such a kind of CWM can be greatly improved through preheating of kiln and CWM.The use of the fuel proves to be up to the requirement of kiln thermodynamic process and can lead to dramatic reduction of production cost.
