摘要
采用文献资料调研、访谈及专家咨询等研究方法,认为高校体育与心理健康教育对提高大学生心理健康水平都有局限性,建议整合高校体育教育资源与心理健康教育资源,提出高校体育与心理健康教育的协同路径,旨在发挥体育学科在塑造大学生健康心理方面的作用,为高校体育教育改革的发展以及高校体育教育协同心理健康教育对大学生进行有效的心理健康干预提供理论依据。
With the combination of documentary analysis,interview and expert consultation,this paper suggests integrating the resources in physical education with the ones in mental health education,and puts forward the collaborative method of associating college physical education with mental health education,so as to make full use of the functions of physical education in establishing college students'mental health,and thus providing theoretical grounds for the mental health intervention on undergraduates resulting from the collaborative effect of college physical education and mental health education.
