摘要
文章主要是从大环境出发,介绍目前环境的现状和所面临的挑战,分析PCB生产从前端设计、生产制造到废物处理等过程中的环保绿色制造理念,阐述一个绿色制造的全过程系统,为实现绿色制造提供指导依据。
Based on the globe environment situation, this paper describes the present condition and challenge, and raises a concept of green production from PCB design, manufacturing and waste treatment. It is a guide to PCB industry.
