连续管在水平井中的力学行为研究 被引量:2

摘要 在连续管钻井过程中,由于井眼对连续管的约束,井壁对管柱的摩擦阻力,使得管柱在钻进过程中失去原来的稳定状态而发生严重的屈曲问题,利用Wu.J的连续管力学计算模型,细致分析了连续管各段的屈曲受力,建立了轴向力、屈曲临界载荷与连续管外径及井深之间的函数关系。同时为了现场施工使用方便,还用VB6.0语言编写了连续管钻井管柱力学计算软件,并对软件的计算功能做了详细的介绍。应用连续管的实际尺寸和理论公式对软件计算结果进行验证,并绘制出了连续管外径与临界屈曲载荷和轴向力的关系曲线,与实际结果吻合,表明该软件可用于现场施工使用。最后提出了预防屈曲的有效措施。 In the process of coiled tubing(CT) drilling,because of the borehole restriction and the frictional resistance of the wall,the pipe string occurred buckling when loss stability.On the basis of Wu.J's mechanical model,this paper made a detailed analysis to the different section of pipe buckling,established the the function of the axial force,the critical buckling load,CT's outside diameter and the well depth.,programed CT Drilling Mechanical Calculation Software in VB6.0 easily to use on the spot and made a detailed introduction of software function.At the same time,it is coincide to comparing the result of CT's actual size and the theoretical value,and to map out curves on continuous tube diameter and the critical buckling load and the relationship between axial force,All the results indicated that the software can be used for construction site use.Finally,an effective measure for the prevention of buckling was developed.
