摘要
通过优化微波萃取技术的影响因素的研究,建立了适合于沉积物样品中16种有机氯农药和10种多氯联苯的微波萃取方法。结果表明,在600 W,110℃的微波条件下,用30 mL体积比为1∶1的n-C6H14-CH3COCH3混合液,萃取3~5 g海洋沉积物样品15 min,16种有机氯农药和10种多氯联苯的回收率为85%~100%。
A method of 16 kinds of organochlorine pesticides and 10 kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls in marine sediments by the microwave extraction was established.The influence of factors of extraction time,extractant,power and temperature was studied,and the optimum conditions including the time for 15 minutes,the temperature at 110 degree Celsius,the extractant of 30 milliliters mixture of hexane-acetone(volume ratio 1∶1) and the power of 600 watt were found.The range of recoveries of 16 kinds of organochlorine pesticides and 10 kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls with the microwave extraction is from 85% to 100%.
