摘要
以带端部间隙的机翼绕流模拟泵喷推进器导管间隙流动,利用2D-PIV测试系统,选定PVC为示踪粒子,以透明二维机翼模型为研究对象,在小循环水槽中研究了间隙对叶片环量分布的影响。通过同步控制器控制CCD摄像及两激光器出光,有效解决激光器与CCD二者的同步控制与连续采集问题。每个截面均测量获得95幅瞬时速度矢量场,采用平均方法获得了同一截面下的平均速度场。给出了机翼不同截面处的流动情况,分析了机翼环量沿展向分布的规律。
The flow on wing with the tip-clearance is used to simulate the flow in the tip clearance of pump-ejecting propellers.Using PVC as seeding particles and lucid wing as subject,tip clearance flow is tested by means of PIV in circulation water channel.The synchronizer provides a TTL trigger signal to a cross-correlation camera and to a double cavity Nd-Yag laser to allow image acquisitions for each flow field.95 instantaneous velocity fields are measured for each cross section and ensemble averaged in order to eliminate error.The paper has offered flow field information of 8 cross-sections along the wingspan and analysed the regularities of distribution of circulation along the wingspan.
