摘要
以网络为中心的指挥信息系统是适应信息时代作战要求的新型指挥信息系统。阐述了以网络为中心指挥信息系统的概念,分析了网络中心对作战指挥的影响,指出以网络为中心指挥信息系统具备的能力以及需解决的关键问题,为指挥控制装备信息化建设提供参考。
The network-centered command information system （NCCIS） is a new type of command information system which meets the operational requirement in the information age. This paper defines the concept of NCCIS, analyses the influence of network centricity on the operational command, points out the main capability and key problems of NCCIS, and provides guide for the informationization of the command and control equipment.
