摘要
通过对"通用指挥控制信息系统技术"的论述,探讨并阐述了"指挥与控制系统工程"学科中将学术研讨和实践活动相结合的一种技术分类方法。针对"通用指挥控制信息系统技术"的概念范畴、技术范围及相关技术作了阐述。本文从沉淀共性规律、积淀共性产品以及在"联合作战"理念导引下进行学科的实践活动出发,将业界有相当共识的"指挥控制信息系统技术"分解为"通用指挥控制信息系统技术"与"各专用指挥控制信息处理技术",进行学术研究,以推动学科建设及指挥控制信息系统的未来发展。
Through discussion about common technology of command and control information system, this paper probes into a technical classification method combining academic deliberation and practical activity together in the field of command and control systematic engineering. It also studies the conceptual and technical scope and relevant technologies of the common technology of command and control information system. Based on the precipitation of commonness rule and commonness product and the practical activity under the conception of joint operation, the technology of command and control information system that have been commonly understood could be decomposed into common command and control information system technologies and specialized command and control information processing technologies. The academic research in this field will greatly benefit the subject construction as well as the future development of command and control information system.
