A Design of E-Card System to Realize Flight Plan Management

随着空中飞行器的增多,空中交通管制显得格外重要,管制的自动化水平很大程度上体现了交通管制的能力。文中介绍的电子卡片系统是为减轻管制员的手工作业强度、发挥自动化系统的优势而开发的。该系统极大地减少管制员的手工作业量,降低记录出错率。使用电子卡片系统进行飞行计划的编辑、发送、记录和管理,使传统的纸质卡片电子化,增强空中交通管制能力,减轻管制员的劳动强度,有力地保障飞行安全。

With the increase in aircrafts recently, Air Traffic Control （ATC） becomes extremely important, and the automation level of which embodies the traffic control capability to a considerable degree. E- Card system is developed to free controllers from heavy manual work and to take full advantages of automation system. This system reduces the manual work of controllers greatly and therefore lowers the record error rate. Using E-Card system to edit, transfer, record and manage flight plans through traditional paper card electronization, air traffic control can be improved, therefore the work intension of controllers can be eased, and the flight safety can be ensured effectively.
