摘要
研究了CDM GDP机场时隙资源的公平分配问题,提出了基于延误成本公平分配的新的协同地面等待优化模型;给出了航班延误成本的计算方法,将其用于优化模型中目标函数的计算,并利用遗传算法对模型求解。最后,应用国内某机场的实际数据进行仿真验证,并与RBS算法作了比较。仿真结果表明,所提模型不仅能有效地分配GDP期间的有限时隙,使总延误成本比RBS算法降低了18%,而且使得航空公司间的延误损失得以均衡,显著提高了分配的公平性。
In this paper, the problem of the slot assignment of CDM GDP is studied, and an optimization model based on equitable delay cost assignment is established. Then the formulation for calculating the cost of flight delay is given and applied to the calculation of object function in the optimization model, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the simulation validity test is made based on the real data from a domestic airport, and the result is compared with that of RBS. The result of the simulation validity test demonstrates that the model not only makes an effective assignment of the limited slot during GDP with the total cost of flight delay reduced by 18 percent compared with that of RBS, but also allows an average share of the delay cost among different airlines, which makes the equity improved remarkably.
