中国教育行政干部专业化问题探究

摘要 随着教师专业化、校长专业化的不断推进,教育行政干部专业化日益引起社会的广泛关注。教育行政干部的专业化主要指教育行政干部通过长期的专业训练,获得教育行政的专业知识和技能,实现专业自主,逐渐成为管理教育事业的专业人员的过程。目前,教育行政干部尚未达到专业化,主要体现在专业知能、专业道德、专业训练和专业发展等四个方面,因此需要通过加强专业化的培训和建立、完善相应的培训制度来促进教育行政干部专业化。 With the constant development of teacher's professionalization and the principal's professionalization,the educational administrative cadres' specialization increasingly has aroused widespread concern.The educational administrative cadres' specialization means that the educational administrative cadres through longterm professional training,obtain the profes-sional knowledge and skills of education admini stration,achieve professional autonomy,and become the professional person in management of education.At present,the educational administrative cadres has not yet to reach the professional standard,mainly in professional knowledge,professional ethics,professional training and professional development,the basicreason of the constraints of specialization is that the system is not perfect,it is necessary to build the selection system,training system,evaluation system and accountability system to promote the educational administrative cadres' specialization.
