摘要
个体的极限运动休闲行为是一个动态的阶段变化过程,处于不同的阶段,个体所遇到的限制因素是不同的。在对跨理论模型理论及休闲限制理论的回顾和思考的基础上,结合极限运动休闲的特性,探讨极限运动休闲行为发展阶段和限制因素,从而提出极限运动休闲行为五个阶段层次、四类限制因素的假设性理论框架。
At the diverse limited factors in the different development stages,individual extreme sports recreation behavior is a dynamic varying process.Based on the review of Trans-theoretical Model and leisure restricted theory and combining with character of extreme sports recreation behavior,this paper investigates the development stages and limited factors of the extreme sports recreation behavior so that the assumption theory framework of five developing levels and four restricted factors are presented.
