基于主成分分析的我国区域专利实力评价研究

Evaluation on Strength of China Regional Patent Based on Principal Component Analysis

通过国内外文献调研,构建了一套区域专利实力评价指标体系。在此基础上,运用主成分分析方法对我国10个经济较发达地区的专利实力进行了分析评价。最后,对评价工作提出了两点建议。

On the basis of researching a lot of literatures at home and abroad, this paper establishes a set of evaluation index system for evaluation on strength of China regional patent. Then, this paper synthetically evaluates the comprehensive strength of patent about more developed 10 areas of our country by using the principal component analysis. Finally, putting forward two suggestions about perfecting evaluation.
