In the era of knowledge economy,the library,as one of the information bodies developing and applying information resources,must transfer the traditional service mode of borrowing to the mode of modern information service.Skillful application of new computer technology and network technology in the library is expected to improve the capability of obtaining information and reconstructing the information to meet the readers＇ new requirements.
