摘要
根据煤矿井下连续采煤机的具体工况,并通过液压传动、直流传动和交流传动3种连续采煤机行走驱动方式的比较,提出了一种连续采煤机行走变频驱动系统的设计方案;分析了变频器几种控制方式及特点,详细介绍了连续采煤机牵引用矢量变频器的选型及系统硬件结构。井下工业性试验结果表明,采用交流变频技术控制连续采煤机行走系统既能满足连续采煤机牵引的要求,又不干扰其它井下用电设备,具有一定的实用性。
According to specific conditions of continuous miner and comparing three kinds of walking driving mode of continuous miner of hydraulic drive,DC drive and AC drive,the paper proposed a design scheme of frequency-conversion driving walking system of continuous miner.It analyzed several control modes and characteristics of converter,and introduced selection of vector converter used in traction of continuous miner and hardware structure of the system in details.The result of industrial test of coal mine underground showed that using AC frequency-conversion technology to control walking system of continuous miner not only can meets with requires of traction of continuous miner,but also(doesn't) interfere other underground consumer equipments,which has certain practicality.
