基于双核的柴油机高压共轨ECU的开发 被引量:4

摘要 针对柴油机高压共轨控制单元(ECU)采用单一内核微处理器作为核心器件存在的电控软件编写复杂,难以实现多路实时控制的问题,在双核微处理器S12XDP512硬件平台上开发了基于双核的控制软件,台架性能测试显示:该软件在保证柴油机高压共轨系统基本控制任务执行的情况下,改善了喷油、泵油、共轨压力控制等任务的实时性和准确性。 For the electric control unit platform in diesel engine high pressure common rail system,one core CPU exists the complexity in software development and can not realize multi-output in real time.In order to solve this question,new control software was developed based on main processor and peripheral co-processor under the new hardware platform (S12XDP512).After bench performance test,it shows that this dual-core control software runs well,it not only meets the control demand of high pressure common rail system,but also improves the real time performance and accuracy in injection and pressure control.
