活塞环内撑弹簧的优化设计——应对发动机性能的提高

摘要 通过发动机台架试验,介绍了对2种活塞环内撑弹簧材料性能的判定结果及满足活塞环内撑弹簧高热稳定性、高弹力、低面压发展趋势的先进设计方法。结果表明,采用先进的设计是活塞环弹簧满足发动机性能要求的主要措施,设计制造一体化的生产企业走专业化生产路线,将主导活塞环弹簧的生产潮流。 Judgment and advanced design methods for high-thermal stability,high-elastic force,low-surface stress of two kinds of inner supporting springs of piston ring were introduced in this paper through engine test bench experiments.It was showed by results that advanced design was the key measures to meet requirements of engine performance,and it will be a trend that specialization production will be applied for manufacturing industry enterprise.
