高校专利工作业绩评估实证研究

Empirical Research on Patent Achievements in Universities

本文在对国内外有关专利评估文献进行调研的基础上,通过对知识产权领域专家学者的多次咨询,设计了一套比较完善的高校专利工作业绩评估指标体系。在此基础上,运用主成分分析方法对某市5所高校的专利工作业绩进行了实证研究。

On the basis of the researches on literatures about assessments of intellectual property home and abroad,and after several consultations with specialists and scholars in the field of intellectual property,this paper designs a set of rather complete evaluation index system for evaluation on patent achievements in a university.And based on this evaluation index system,the empirical research is made by the principal component analysis for the patent achievements of five universities in a city.
