摘要
目的:观察地高辛血药浓度监测对患儿个体化用药的作用。方法:应用化学发光免疫法(CLIA)测定地高辛血药浓度,并对结果进行分析。结果:161例患儿中在有效血药浓度范围内(0.8~2.0ng/mL)为79例(占49.1%),小于0.8ng/mL74例(占46.0%),大于2.0ng/mL8例(占4.9%)。结论:应从患儿个体的药效学、药动学出发,结合血药浓度监测及临床观察,在注重防止地高辛中毒反应的同时,使患儿的治疗达到有效、合理、安全。
Objective:To observe the importance of blood concentration monitoring in more individualized and rationalized administration of Digoxin.Methods:We performed the blood concentration monitoring of Digoxin by using chemiluminescent immunoassay and analyzed the results.Results:Among 161 child patients,there were 79 cases within the effective blood concentration(0.8~2.0 ng/mL),accounted for 49.1%.There were 74 cases below 0.8 ng/mL,accounted for 46.0%,and 8 cases higher than 2.0 ng/mL accounted for 4.9%.Conclusions:We should consider the children's pharmacodynamics,pharmacokinetics,blood concentration monitoring and clinical observation to get the effect,rational and safe result and prevent the drug poisoning of digoxin.
