脑必通对大鼠病理性疼痛的镇痛作用

Antinociceptive Effect of Chinese Medicine "Naobitong" on Pathological Pains in Rats

摘要 目的研究中药复方提取物脑必通对病理性疼痛的镇痛作用。方法用成年大鼠,采用佐剂性关节炎和部分结扎坐骨神经诱发的神经病理性疼痛两种模型,用机械压爪缩腿法测定痛阈,观察大鼠的痛阈变化和体质量的改变,并测量炎症关节的周长。结果脑必通大、中、小3个剂量(350、175和87.5mg/kg)在给药后的观察期(10周)内可使痛阈明显提高(P<0.05),有镇痛作用,但与剂量大小和用药时间长短无明显依赖性(P>0.05)。给药组体质量增加比对照组快(P<0.05)。关节炎动物给药后炎症关节周长的改变与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑必通对病理性疼痛有一定的镇痛作用。 Objective To investigate the antinociceptive effect of Chinese medicine "Naobitong" on pathological pains in rats.Methods Adjuvant-induced arthritis and neuropathic pain induced by partial sciatic nerve ligature were established as pathological pain models.The mechanical paw pressure-withdrawal test was used to measure the pain threshold.The body weight and the circumference of inflamed joint were also measured.Three doses of "Naobitong" were given po daily for 10 weeks.Results "Naobitong" administered in high,middle and low doses (350,175 and 87.5 mg/kg) for 10 weeks,the pain threshold increased significantly(P0.05),showing an antinociceptive effect.No difference in antinociceptive effect was observed among different doses and among different time points (P0.05).The body weight of treated group increased more rapidly than that in the non-treated group (P0.05).No significant difference in inflamed joint circumference was observed in arthritic rats between treated and non-treated groups (P0.05).Conclusion "Naobitong" elicits an antinociceptive effect for pathological pains.
