摘要
目的通过对现有流行病学资料的总结,分析牛奶及其制品消费与结肠癌的发生是否关联,为寻找预防对策提供依据。方法收集牛奶及其制品与结肠癌关系的病例对照研究进行meta分析。结果有11篇病例对照研究被纳入meta分析,固定效应模型分析显示牛奶、奶制品、奶酪的消费与结肠癌发病的总比值比(OR)及95%可信区间(CI)分别为0.87(0.68~1.12)、0.96(0.75~1.23)、0.98(0.85~1.14)。结论通过meta分析提示牛奶及其制品可能与结肠癌的发生无关联。
Objective To study the relationship between milk/dairy products consumption and colon cancer risk.Methods The published case-control studies were collected and the pooled odds ratio (OR) was calculated using meta analysis.Results Eleven independent studies published from 1983 to 2007 were included in the final analysis.The fixed-effects model was used to estimate the pooled OR associated colon cancer with the consumption of milk dairy products due to homogeneity in each study.The pooled OR for milk was 0.87 with a 95% confidence interval of 0.68~1.12,dairy products was 0.96 (0.75~1.23),and cheese was 0.98 (0.85~1.14).Conclusion In general,the association between milk/dairy products consumption and colon cancer risk has not been found in this meta-analysis.
