非酒精性脂肪肝患者肾内动脉阻力指数与年龄的相关性初探

Age dependency of intrarenal resistance in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

目的探讨非酒精性脂肪肝患者肾内动脉阻力指数(RI)是否与年龄有关。方法采用二维及彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)检测178例非酒精性脂肪肝患者双侧肾脏,分别在近皮质部取双肾弓形动脉频谱并测量RI值。结果 178例非酒精性脂肪肝患者左肾长度显著大于右肾;左肾弓形动脉RI较右肾显著降低(P<0.05);双肾弓形动脉RI随年龄的增长呈线性增加,可表示为Y=0.034X+0.45。结论非酒精性脂肪肝患者肾内动脉阻力指数与年龄呈正相关,并较健康成人降低。

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of age on intrarenal resistance index （RI）in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）. Methods 178 patients with NAFLD underwent a conventional abdominal ultrasound and color Doppler flower imaging （CDFI）examination. CDFI signals were taken from arcuate arteries of the cortex in the right and left kidneys,respectively. Results Patients with NAFLD had an increased length of left kidney （P0.01）and a decreased RI in left than right （P0.05）;The variable age showed a significant positive correlation on both arcuate arteries. Conclusion Patients with NAFLD show age dependency on arcuate arteries RI and have an lower value than in healthy adults.
