摘要
山东省是全国老年人口数量最多的省份,2007年65岁及以上人口952.62万人,占总人口的10.17%,人口老龄化问题日益突出.本文通过有关数据分析了人口老龄化的特点,继而剖析了人口老龄化的双重作用,最后从四个方面提出相应的对策.
Shandong is a province with the largest number of eldly population in China. In 2005,there are over 12,929,000 people aged 60,accounting for 13.98% of the total population,which means the aging of population in Shandong province has become severely acute. In this paper,according to the revelant data,an analysis of the characteristics of the aging has been presented. After that,it then deeply analyzes the two-sides impact of the aging and then four corresponding countermeasures are advised.
