摘要 检验自我接纳在大学生完美主义与抑郁之间关系的调节和中介作用.方法:采用中文版完美主义量表(CFMPS)、自我接纳问卷(SAQ)、抑郁自评量表(CES-D)对1587名大学生进行问卷调查.结果:自我接纳对行为的迟疑-抑郁具有显著缓冲作用.自我接纳是"担心错误"、"行为的迟疑"、"条理组织度"、"个人标准"、"适应不良完美主义"与抑郁之间的完全中介变量,是"父母期望"与抑郁之间的部分中介变量.结论:提高青少年的自我接纳水平,将有利于降低青少年适应不良完美主义对抑郁情绪的影响.
