Humanism:A New Pattern for Conservation and Regeneration of Resident Historical District in Hangzhou

我国目前老城区居住性历史街区大多面临双重困难:一方面居住条件差,居民呈现老龄化、低收入化趋势;另一方面改造仍停留于形式,原住民得不到尊重,生活真实性得不到体现。该文通过对比以往保护更新模式指出杭州"以人为本"模式的进步性,提出居住性历史街区改造应在满足原住民的生活需求的基础上实行公众参与的小规模渐进式改造。

The resident historical districts in old city are faced with two diff iculties at present.On the one hand,the conditions are poor and the inhabitants are gradually become aged and low-income.On the other hand,the conservation and regeneration still pay more attention to the confi guration not the inhabitants,as a result, we can not f ind the living authenticity of the resident historical districts.Therefore,this paper point out the new humanism pattern for conservation and regeneration in Hangzhou,based on the analysis of the several past patterns.Furthermore,it suggests the reasonable way for conservation and regeneration of resident historical district,that is restoration step by step according to the living demands of inhabitants.
