The Birth of Tragedy:Interpreting the Urban Utopianisms of the Second Generation Japanese Architects taking Arata Isozaki as An Example

该文以《悲剧的诞生》一书的哲学逻辑为线索,从酒神冲动和日神冲动两个方面对矶崎新的城市乌托邦思想进行了哲学解读,指出他在酒神冲动的状态中意识到城市的悲剧性命运的同时,又在日神冲动的状态中努力寻找着一种解救的方式,进而分析了这种悲剧城市观形成的原因及对中国建筑的启示意义。

This paper uses the philosophic logic of＂The Birth of Tragedy＂as the clue to interpret Arata Isozaki＇s urban utopianism in both Dionysus impulse and Apollo impulse.This paper points out that Arata Isozaki is aware of the tragic destiny of the city in the state of Dionysus impulse.But in the state of Apollo impulse,meanwhile,he tries hard to find a way of rescue.Then the causes and significance to China of this utopianism are analyzed.
