The special subject phase is the key period for students to improve their abilities of recognition and design in the course system of the architecture design.By way of inducting students to study and explore the connotation and extension of the building,their practice ability can be improved greatly.This paper gives an analysis and a description of the phase partition of the architecture design course,the necessity of the special phase and its knowledge module in order to change the traditional mode and improve teaching effect through studying and setting up knowledge module content.
