Research on Living Environment of College Graduates Who Just Be Employed

随着公共租赁住房政策逐渐浮出水面,新就业高校毕业生作为公共租赁住房的受益群体之一,其异于其他族群的行为特点及生活习惯使他们对自身的居住环境有着独特的需求。该文即是在对新就业高校毕业生的居住现状进行调查研究的基础上,从居住单元、住区选址、住宅节能三个方面进行分析,总结出为新就业高校毕业生设计的公共租赁住房的设计原则。

With the public rental housing policy gradually come to the surface, college graduates who just be employed, as one kind of benefit of the crowd, whose behavior characteristics and lifestyle is different from other groups, which makes their living environment have unique needs. According to the investigation on living status of college graduates who just be employed, this article will analyze from three aspects, the living unit, the location of residential area and energy efficiency in residential buildings, and then summarize some design principles of public rental housing for college graduates who just be employed.
