该文以萧山朝晖初中地块项目为例,提出了"重塑——复兴"的旧城中心区更新改造模式,并讨论了通过调整地块功能结构,优化空间布局,延续城市历史等具体策略,来重塑城市空间肌理,实现旧城中心活力的复兴。

With the project of Zhaohui Middle School Block in Xiaoshan,the paper proposed the renewal and alteration mode——reconstruction and revival of old urban central area. And discussed the strategies including the adjustment of function structure,the optimizing about space distribution,the continuum of urban history to reconstruct the urban space system and revive the vitality of old urban central area.
