摘要
现代城市CBD区由于区域内土地资源的稀缺性和不可复制性,区域内的商住楼都以高层为主,因此,满足功能的基础上,如何设计出宜人舒适的内部、外部居住空间成为建筑设计的重点。文章结合项目实例,从总平面设计构思、单体平面设计、立面设计、交通组织、绿化景观等方面详细阐述了城市CBD区域高层商住楼建筑设计要点和风格特色。
The modern city CBD area as the region＇s scarce land resources and can not be replicable,both within the region to highlevel residential,commercial,mainly,therefore,to meet function,based on how to design a pleasant and comfortable internal and external living space become the focus of architectural design.In combination with project examples,from the total graphic design concept,single plane design,vertical design,traffic,green landscape,explains in detail the city CBD highrise commercial and residential architectural design elements of the regional style and characteristics.
