LuxaPost珞赛玻璃纤维桩的临床应用体会

摘要 目的观察纤维桩修复后牙残冠、残根的疗效。方法对62例80颗后牙残冠、残根,采用德国DMG公司生产的LuxaPost珞赛纤维桩及自酸蚀树脂水门汀粘结,快速形成纤维桩树脂桩核并行全冠修复。结果经过2年的随访观察,81颗牙中有2例分别于修复后10个月和14个月时出现纤维桩的松动、脱落,无根折、桩折现象发生。结论玻璃纤维桩树脂核修复技术是一种快捷、稳固和符合牙体生理的有效修复方法,且不易造成根管壁折裂。
