摘要
职业诚信对劳动关系的和谐稳定起着非常重要的作用。《劳动合同法》对劳动者辞职的宽松的制度设计,使职业诚信建设面临很大的挑战。应构建一套约束劳动者滥用辞职权,恶意"跳槽"的制度体系,以提高劳动者的职业诚信度。
Professional credit plays a very important role in maintaining harmony and stability of labor relationship.The loose system design in Labor Contract Law for laborers makes professional credit face great challenge.We should construct a series of system to restrict laborers' use of resigning rights to promote laborers' professional credit.
