网络环境中的新型不正当竞争行为危害较大。当前要抓紧修订、完善我国《反不正当竞争法》,对这种行为进行法律规制,以维护网络环境的健康、有序发展。

The new-type unfair competition behavior is dangerous in internet environment.It is presently urgent to revise China＇s Law Against Competition by Inappropriate Means for the law regulation of this kind of behavior in order to make the internet environment healthy and orderly developing.
