The fuzzy mathematics theory provides a kind of fuzzy relation equation model for the research on the regional economy.The model gives the demonstration that the well-designed regional economy,under general conditions,is in harmony with the out-of-region（global） economic environment,functioning as an adjustment to all the trade relationships or as a somehow influence to external economy.
